Excellent company, wonderful values. Great leadership and motivation. You make great friends through Mary Kay. Seminar in Dallas is a blast. And the faith first, family second, career third philosophy is a great way to work your business.

Cons

When you run out of friends and family, it gets challenging. You just have to be creative but luckily, there are great people around you to help out.
