Pros
I've worked as an independent beauty consultant for 4 years and it was one of the best seasons. Corporate truly cares about each consultant and their success. They offer great tools on and off line to give you all the training you need. I also adored working with a group of women that felt like a family. If you are willing to be flexible and try new things then you can make a great income as well.
Cons
You work with lots of people which can be draining on your emotions and patients at times. You need to make lots of phone calls for various reasons, so learn to love your phone.
