      Mary Kay offers the most incredible incentives, such as jewelry, purses, and cars. Mary Kay products sell them selves. The company provides an amazing support network that can be tapped into as often or as little as desired. You are your own boss.

      Cons

      For the most part selling Mary Kay is about networking and being able to connect with people, so if you are not an out going people person this is not for you.
