Pros

Mary Kay is a debt-free, privately held company that operates by the Golden Rule, and teaches God first, Family second, Career third. This doesn't mean we don't work We work hard. It just means we prioritize our lives in this way. We work to support our families and serve God. I love the fact that it is a God focused organization. It is ethical, generous, and transparent. The training and mentoring are second to none.

Cons

Succeeding takes hard work and a reasonable investment for inventory and business supplies. I personally don't see this as a "con" but some people might. Like anything else, it takes a while to learn.

Pros

There are a lot of different leadership opportunities in the company, and they were very flexible.

Cons

I did not have a time to put into the job, because I was just doing it part time. THere were many opportunities for assistance, but I did not take advantage of them.
