You'll find kind people, strong culture, very good benefits and profit sharing. Seems like people have a genuine desire to do the right thing and help others.

Cons

Flexible work is inconsistent and not generous enough. It can be hard to move up since people get hired and stay here forever.

Terrible sick and vacation policy, not competitive with other large companies. For largely female run company their parental/maternity leave is shameful.
