Pros

They paid me I guess that was the only positive

Cons

They are mad if you want to take time off. They literally want robots who don't have feelings and never get tired. Always asked for staying extra which was not paid, we had to collect 8 hrs worth of overtime to receive one day off. Wow what a deal. When I told them I have a vacation booked, they told me that they will have to fire me when my vacation starts. They fired me, gave me notice. Few hours later they asked me to stay extra and told them NO. (You just fired me today, why the hell would I want to work extra for you??) They got mad at me and told me I was fired because of this attitude.

Pros

- No working over hours - Food and drinks provided during break - Fast paced working place

Cons

- Micromanagement is all time high - If unlucky, you will get bad colleague who overworks you because of seniority - Lunch break is too short, ordering food is included in the lunch break time, you must order/wait food during the lunch break not before.
