Pros

I had a great supervisor and manager to help me out. Free food during break time. Customer service skills are learned very quickly and efficiently.

Cons

I had to deal with unsatisfied customers who would make complaints. I had to deal with rude customers while taking their orders. The heat from the back of the kitchen might irritate my mood at times.
