Pros

I did not have to worry about food. Met some great people and collected great old money. It was a steady JOB.

Cons

They did not want to pay overtime. I was never off on time and had to stay. They treat employees as very expendable. One store, would move hours around to prevent overtime.

Pros

People are great to work with. Fast pace and great for personal growth. Truly feel like your impacting the business.

Cons

No work life balance. Given the hours put in pay is horrible. Resume building is next to none, few take the experience seriously.

Pros

Flexible Schedule School comes first, including college Insurance decent for managers Easy to advance up the career ladder Wonderful and in-depth "corporate" training program College credit available for training

Cons

Can be very tiresome and unrewarding work Customers treat employees as if they are machines, not humans Poor store management will cause a poor working environment Corporate is not hard enough on the franchises and does not check-in enough Conditions of stores can become very poor under money hungry franchise owners who are reluctant to fix things like the a/c or doors..
