Pros

40-60% discount on food Flexible hours Desperate for employees so little chance of being fired. I've made some very good friends with the other employees.

Cons

Terrible environment Demeaning work "After-smell" Makes you feel worthless Incompetent managers who schedule you for random hours outside of availability Stress levels are always high Not recognized for genuinely good work performance Treated like a grunt

Pros

It is a job. You have a chance to get cultured owing to the fact that so many of the employees are of Hispanic descent. There is a lot of Spanish getting thrown around.

Cons

Spanish is the first language of a great number of the employees. So communication during Prime-time hours is more than a little discombobulating.
