Money in your pocket Gives you experience and skills flexible hours Employee Discount

Cons

Managers just stand there and tell people what to do(not all of them) Poor organization- never send out their orders on time, don't create schedules for newer employees Never answer their phone hard work goes unrecognized employees dont take you seriously

Pros

It pays most of your bills and help you work on many of your skills as an employer. It would be ideal for a first job.

Cons

There is no team work and there are no good benefits at all. The pay is only minimum wage and I been working there for more than 2 years and I still have not get a raise.
