Pros

The hours are flexible and management is reasonable with their employees. It is good for a first job and would recommend it.

Cons

The night shifts are long and sometimes we are understaffed. Cleaning was also a long process. Working the drive thru window was also a pain sometimes but I really liked the hours that I workd

Pros

McDonald's offers flexible hours for students. I filled out the application and got the job all in the same day. It's not overly difficult to get hired, but it helps if a current employ can vouch for you. Meeting nice customers is an enjoyable experience.

Cons

The team within the restaurant was very unprofessional and immature. The pay is a joke for the labor, work load and responsibilities involved. McDonald's customers are some of the rudest customers I have ever came across. Crew workers usually get 6-20 hours/week and rarely get more than 5 hours per shift.
