Pros

I think that McDonald's is a good place to work because the staff is friendly and the benefits are good.

Cons

I think that McDonald's has good benefits but there is not much opportunity for growth or promotions so that Is the downside.

Pros

It is a job that pays and some of the fellow employees are cool and helpful. You ocassionally get free drinks if you ask.

Cons

There is no unification and the management is all over the place. The don't really train employees thoroughly in the beginning so of course you don't know what you're doing and when you finally get it, the managers complain about everything you do. They must think that they are coaching a game as they are constantly yelling at their employees to work faster. You can't clock yourself in, they have to clock you in. They don't give paid breaks and they try to make you feel guilty when you leave for the day. If you want low pay, no benefits, and the chance to feel like a slave, McDonald's is the place for you.
