Pros

If you are in high school or looking for your first job this is not a bad place to start off with. It gives you some customer service experience and general job experiece.

Cons

Lack of respect from peers and customers, smell of chip oil that doesn't seem to wash off, long shifts.

Pros

Training is exceptional. You have the ability to become a franchisee regardless of education.

Cons

Starting out, hard work for little money. Takes a while for your income to match the sacrfices of the job. Sometimes store management promotes because of personality and not ability.

The Benefits are very good bonuses based on results accountability. You get Vacations depending on how many years worked in the company including sabbatical. Health Insurance and flexible scheduling.

Cons

Fast paced enviornment. People expect more from McDonalds even when its unrealistic. Having to manage so many people. Dealing with angry customers.Being forced to work 6 days per week by upper management.
