Pros

The people are fantastic, you get to work with kids, its a positive fun environment. anybody who works hard and who wants to advance has the opportunity to do so.

Cons

there isnt really any cons in my opinion. sometimes as a shift manager you have to work wierd hours or overnights, but you get used to it.

Pros

Young environment, scheduel flexibility, a good job to conciliate with studies!

Cons

The way some of the managers treat some employees, the fact that all employees earn a very low wage, and some (like me) work twice has hard then others. I didn't get a promotion cause I was studying at uni (still am) and though I would be able to work the shifts they wanted me to, they said I would be tired of studying and wouldnt be able to focus enough to be a shift manager. They let you here there, but you lose desert and other stuff if you choose to take a soup or salad instead of the chips

Pros

Good way of scheduling, part timers appreciated.

Cons

Wouldn't want to become a full-time worker: seems like it takes your whole social life away. Not very rewarding.
