Pros

It was a good experience but you could only make so much being a McDonald's cook. Good flexible hours were a plus

Cons

Pay capped off at a generally low number. The work itself was not the most challenging. It was hard to advance any further

Great for experience Close working team Kind management Many opportunities for advancement Great about getting time off Excellent training resources Easy to learn Hard work is rewarded Very clear procedures Many work areas (doesn't get too repetitive)

Cons

At any level of management it can feel like babysitting Crew often behave unprofessionally Rank determines who is sided with in the final decision

Pros

Free Food, Great Advancement Opportunities and great education in business with the management classes. The classes in oak Brooke are really cool.

Cons

Too Many Hours and NO days off. I haven't seen my s/o in about two weeks and on my first day off, was expected to go into work. I know i'm the store manager, but come on,give me SOME personal time
