Pros

close, convenient, good with working with schedules

Cons

They try to make you work too hard for too little money. Good at pointing out the bad, and not at recognizing good performance and good leadership abilities.

Pros

Working at McDonald's is a good way to get experience. Alot of other jobs students are looking for require some amount of experience so this is a good way to get some. You also get to learn how to work in a fast paced environment. Discounts on food is nice as well. Watch out that you don't eat too much or else you'll be packing on the pounds.

Cons

The work is hard. The pay is minimum. Girls don't particularly like guys that work at McDonalds. Gaining excess weight from all the french fries and big macs that your consume over the years is definitely a downside.
