Pros

Company is pervasive and a big company in my small town. I like my co-workers who attend the same school as me

Cons

Management doesn't treat employees in a unique way, we're expendable and pretty much just assembly line workers. My job is just a means to an end.

Pros

I liked to work with diffferent people everday but they were not nice to me all the time. That was the pro.

Cons

Sometimes people did not like working with food. It was not a glamorous job. I would recommend staying in school.

Pros

-Discounts on food, free meals at end of shift. -Flexible hours -Lots of leeway (ie: you can screw up a lot, but as long as you show up, they won't fire you)

Cons

-All the food will make you you fat. I gained around 10 pounds in the four months I worked there. -Most of the managers are incompetent. -A lot of double-standards and favoritism. "Favorite" employees can do whatever they want, while all the other have to slave away to make up for those "favorites." -Little opportunity for advancement. -Input not valued. You must do everything their way, and no other way. -Nobody speaks proper English (this might not be the case in other states)
