Pros

Lots of super smart people, big international footprint

Cons

Way too many "leaders," with nobody wanting to actually take ownership of a decision. Another classic example of excellent sourcing of working-level folks, with senior leadership who would rather pass the hot potato around rather than remove obstacles for their team. Hitting your head on the ceiling and constantly going back to tweak everything rather than hit critical mass and moving forward is commonplace. Perfection is always the enemy of good here. Also no work-life balance 50-70 hour weeks are fairly standard, with back to back meetings all day long, leaving evenings or pre-7am as the only time to do actual work.

Pros

Funny people work at this location.

Cons

Sometimes you will have to work through your shift with no break or lunch. They work you like a slave, not a human being. Sexual harassment is normal. There was a 16 year old girl the men on the team use to call jail bait everyday. The girl couldn’t do anything because some of the workers are the sons of the owners. They treat people like third class citizens. The owners look at the workers as less than even though we do all the hard work.

Pros

You get to meet wonderful coworkers. Get to eat something from the menu at the lunch break. Have a 35 minute break. They allowed me to take something after closing the store, like a large soda or leftover burgers. They let you have a small drink to quench your thirst. They didn’t usually scold anyone that didn’t need to be. Managers most of the time are friendly.

Cons

Lunch breaks are not payed. To receive a raise you must work there for at least 6 months, or talk it out with your main manager. They usually did not let you have extra hours, you must clock out as it is assigned in your schedule. You must make sure to clean everything, as it should be for every workplace, but it does take a considerable amount of time. Sometimes there is a burden of orders and the personal might not be enough to handle it. You must put the effort of having good communication with your co workers to make things easier when in a rush, which would be when there is a line of people and cars ready to order.
