Pros

I have some nice managers and some delightful customers. the job is easy and if you do your job and everyone else does theirs the day goes by relatively quickly and smoothly.

Cons

schedule never out on time due to outdated computers. pos system need a an overhaul and due to the low wages turn over is incredibly high we have gone thruogh almost the entire staff 4 times in the last 2 years and the ones who don't quit or walk off are idiots who don't care these people cause the most walk offs plus we are always understaffed because of the pay but that just means overtime for me. 9 hour days are exhausting also industry standered employer practices for the industry are not abidded by and no benefits even for management however that could just be the franchise.

Pros

This company has amazing benefits but do not let that cover up that their expectations of you to always put them first will be a strong strong tide.

Cons

The upper management believes once you are a salary manager that your life is completely devoted to them. They have no set schedule options. Also their requirements often time overlap making meeting all of them impossible.

Pros

It's a job. It's not too difficult to get the hang of it in about 2 weeks depending on which ever area they [put you in.

Cons

They don't teach you everything right off the bat you have to be proactive and ask to be taught new things. Everybody learns how to cook fries, stock up, and clean but if I hadn't asked to learn how to be a cashier I might not have been taught it. I am still trying to get into the kitchen and learn how to cook burgers. The standing sucks too so make sure you buy some insoles/ Dr.Scholl's or thick socks.
