Pros

apart from the free food on shift I haven't found any pros yet

Cons

have never worked for such an unorganised company ,several managers on each shift, every other person is a crew trainer and if their not they think they are Far to many chiefs and not enough Indians .Never get given the hours per week promised at interview and never know when your working until 5 days before the next week starts.Major company being ran very badly by a bunch of children who have no ilfe or people skills.Managers are just bothered about there gap customers as they get £250 if they pass, couldnt care less about the regular customers.restaurant is just full of staff shouting and stressing out .Its a total joke ,full of kids sleeping with each other ,falling out and no concept of running of business...out of there asap !!! unless your an immature child DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!! it is not a place for grown ups .as well as anything else no gloves are worn when handling your buns or fillings and no head attitire is worn by managers ..Why is that? .Does your hair magically not fall into food just because your a manager ...Disgusted by the place

Pros

-my paycheck never bounced. -paid orientation. -flexibility on schedule

Cons

-short breaks -having a $3 budget on the food we can get per day. -owner wasn't involved and didn't care about us. -unfair pay on holidays. -being harassed by another crew member in front of multiple managers and the girl never being talked to or fired. -lack of hours they give, the most I ever got was 13 hours a week. -not the kind of job you can be at for more then a year. -managers set the rules for us and break them themselves. -we had 6-7 managers who told you want to do and everyone was on a different page, 1 told me to clean the lobby and the other yelled at me to stock the sauces. Way to many managers and just wasn't needed. -they hire to many people this is why we have little to NO hours.
