Pros

meet some decent people, get a small discount, flexible with punctuality, easy interview and no experience is needed to work there. Good for first job or student.

Cons

managers are usually rude (some are ok). pay isn't good if your under 21 it not good how you will do better or more work than an over 21 year old and get paid less. Customers are rude they don't understand that they are ordering fast food and not instant food. If your good and they are understaffed or busy you are always asked to stay longer. When you just start and are learning the ropes you'll get sent home if they're over staffed. Assistant manager at my store was stealing money they give you a standard meal for break fries medium drink and a burgar no promotionals or delis or even salad. Depending on who is there others won't pull their weight They don't like replacing broken things

Pros

Brilliant to work with other staff. Feels like it's own community. You all pull together and understand how demanding it is. Flexibility is good, no other company like it.

Cons

The treatment of staff by shift managers, assistants and business managers is disgustingly shocking! There is a bully culture going on. Customers witness this too.

Pros

Talent management and education, outstanding training opportunities, room for advancement, unbelievable benefits (restaurant management and above).

Cons

Employee satisfaction is measured annually or more but is often below average, customer treatment of employees can be difficult to handle for some, wage for crew and hourly managers is inadequate for job expectations and to live on.
