Pros

Plenty of opportunity to grow within the company as long as you pave your own way. Culture is hopefully changing to more of a "GE" feel with Omar.

Cons

Very "Minnesota-Nice" and passive aggressive behavior is acceptable there. Results aren't always rewarded.
