Pros

There are some great people working at this company. Benefits are good overall. Working here can still look good on your resume.

Cons

It was 5 years of restructures and lay offs, at least once a year. Work didn’t go away but people did. The department was in a cycle of cut, rehire people for less pay and with less experience, and then cut again. Upper management seems to have lost the plot. If you care about culture of the team you are working on then I would think twice about working here.

Pros

Improving patients lives, good place to learn when you’re early in your career

Cons

Poor leadership, low pay, they look at you as a number, too focused DEI vs hiring the best talent

Pros

Great people. People who want to be there and make a difference. Mounds View campus in Minnesota has so many opportunties for growth and community involvement. The amount of classes for additional skills/learning they have are abundant and really impressive as a whole.

Cons

The changing benefits with no notification to employees. They have recently changed their prescription provider. We went to CVS pharmacy to Rightway and Rightway has doubled in cost for almost all of my prescriptions. 100%. Some people have reported three times the amount. We weren't not alerted to this and many of us don't have the flex money now to cover our prescriptions. They have also chosed to go with a surgery company where you have to choose their surgeons and not the ones you know and have worked with before. That is a serious risk to our safety and health and dissapointing for a health care company to do to its employees. PTO is not negotiated and there are no exceptions. Processes are convoluded and unchanging despite daily struggles with the systems (purchase orders, expense reports, getting anything done in such a big network has been a nightmare). Getting work done is NOT easy. The company is going toward AI more and more and you cannot talk to a person. It's all AI chat boxes or inboxes that don't have any names of people you can contact to actually get the work done! It has been truly maddening to see the disorganization this has caused in my daily work life.
