Benefits that include insurance and pto...not any other pros I can think of.

Cons

Poor leadership, micromanagement, no concern for the employees. Integrity is a thing of the past. There is no respect for those that had ADA allowances to work from home, everyone was forced back into the office, quit their job, or to take a leave. No loyalty towards employees that had worked at Medtronic for several years.

Lots of great, bright, kind people. Lots of resources. Good work-life balance with being hybrid.

Cons

Large and clunky. Bureaucratic. Higher management has misconstrued understanding of the experience for the everyday employee. In general, loved the diversity and how different cultures would be celebrated
