Pros

The compensation is better than similar positions. The PTO is generous.

Cons

Management doesn't listen when there is a problem just scolds and refers you to irrelevant material. Management never is gracious enough to apologize when wrong. Constant record keeping of employees' mistakes no matter how small. No positive feedback when employees work hard to make customers happy. Staffing is not meeting needs.
