- People are smart and generally kind - Growth opportunities and career development - Strong benefits including 401K and stock purchase options. Good parental leave options

Cons

- Little bit more rigid to be 4 days in office and 1 day flexible if that is important to you. - Siloed work. Hard to find right people since it's large company - Limited travel. Hiring freezes at times can be very long.
