Decent wages coming in but not much of a salary growth after.

Cons

Easily can get burned out. Corporate setting so it's typical to have management not fully understand what you are doing even though you are following their guidelines they set for you.

Extend life and Allieviate pain — wonderful mission that is felt my most. The pay and benefits are excellent. Employees are encouraged to take risks and think outside of the box

Cons

Most management is sincere but there are a few pockets of managers who can make life gruesome. The organization of business units and functions is shaky, and cause confusion if your job is on the cusp
