- Really great people to work with. - Cross functional collaboration across business unit is amazing - Exceptional Healthcare

Cons

- Very, very hard to make OTE consistently, post-COVID - Managers driving to drive a number with pressure from up top, when they know they are managing decline - Partnership agreements have been downright disastrous
