Pros

Great people and benefits outside of a solid salary. Continuous conversations and movement towards career progression.

Cons

As an employee, definitely a feeling of being a cog in the wheel. There is recognition for hardwork and achieving milestones and targets, but it’s such a big company that I didn’t find it as rewarding. Long term projects can be canned suddenly and its rinse and repeat until something sticks which can take a very long time.
