The industry is stable Great mission Bakken values People are nice and down to earth Market pay Convenient office locations

Cons

Promotions are difficult Pressure from robotics No truly new cool products anymore as they prefer to cut costs vs invest into innovation Silos Promotions are difficult. You have to go work elsewhere 2-3 years and then come back to get higher pay and role CEO New CFO that came from Nissan to cut costs. Nissan is heading bankrupt under him. There is some mismanagement and poor planning involved: they layoff people around the end of the fiscal year and hire more to fill the same roles months later

Pros

Work from Home 2-3 days a week. Recognize Points awarded that can be used to buy goods and services. Generous Annual Leave. Free Healthcare. Good support Network for personal needs I.E Neurodivergence support.

Cons

Cons can sometimes outway the benefits. Like most places, work is monotonous, incredibly inefficient in certain areas and a clear display of favoritism amongst some leaders. Good performance is simply not incentivized. However, this is entirely reflective of certain individuals in authority and dept.

- Great Benefits - Depending on your manager, you will love working here - Depending on your OU, you will either have very mature processes or no processes at all

Cons

- Competitors pay more - I've seen pizza parties be used to motivate teams after over-working them - Asking questions or challenging leaders on why we are doing things can be seen as combative
