Lovely People with a decent clean modern office space, plenty of free coffee and fruit. Company produces some amazing medical devices and and has truly transformed the lives of many patients.

Cons

High stress levels and volumes of work with poor support. Poor internal systems and constant barriers to getting your job done Awful communication, leading to challenges in getting your job done correctly. Everyone for themselves attitude. If you play the game, you will probably survive for years and progress otherwise be prepared to be ignored, unsupported and overworked spending evenings and weekends catching up on your work just to stay afloat.
