The culture has changed so much since New leadership. The morale in the office is not the same. The turnover rate is so high cause they don’t pay enough. They under value their tenured employees but still expect more out of them

Cons

It can be tough starting in entry level positions due to them hiring a temp agency for staff. It can take years to become a permanent employee. In some instances, the company tends to cut positions for business needs which sometimes leads employees to question job security.
