It’s incredibly cumbersome to do work. It’s an unorganized work environment with a lack of leadership, consistent restructuring, conflicting processes, system changes, and shifting priorities.

Market leader with new technology. Compensation is good.

Cons

Bureaucracy can be mind-numbing, impossible to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time. The endless drive for profits has taken away from the old Medtronic messaging when Earl Bakken was still alive. The culture has markedly declined since I've been employed, there is little confidence amongst my colleagues and me for management. Competitors are far more nimble even if they are of comparable size as a corporation. Work/life balance can be non-existent at times.
