Strong company so job security has mostly felt good. In field sales, we have a robust presence in our established districts. Large company and so a large and efficient network for employee resources.

Cons

Company is known to pinch pennies and cut various worker benefits or withhold them in the name of the company's success. The company also uses third-party contracted employees for many functions, which are at-will rolls that are subject to furloughs during any of the company's budgeting mood swings. Recent layoffs ("reorganizing") was enacted in the Diagnostics group due to failure to accomplish projected numbers but it is evident that none of the workers laid off were responsible for those inaccurate projections.
