Pros

Great coworkers. Easy to set schedule on your own time/flexibility. Pretty competitive pay. Good company ethics overall that seem pretty embraced by coworkers. Great growing opportunities with the right manager. Great in-company diversity & inclusion networks.

Cons

Pretty much all of the standard corporate problems: -great managers and awful managers, all nice people -poor upholding of values in management decisions, with no accountability when problems arise downstream -reverse racism -somewhat of a grind culture -some poor personalities that cause more problems than their work solves

- Salary is competitive - Benefits are great - Hybrid work environment

Cons

- Constantly worried in IT about layoffs. One or two layoffs a year for the last 4 years - CIO slashing people without a feasible plan to keep up with demand and support commitments (good news is he was fired shortly after one of his disastrous layoffs of long time employees)

Cons

Toxic work culture, poor support system, very little coordination among teams, politics, bullying and harassment if you are new and humble, arrogant and inefficient managers, very little chances of growth and ordinary salary
