Good retirement package. Usually hires good talent. Vacation after 2 years is 3 weeks plus personal days.

Cons

Field work on call on weekends. Somewhat of a high turnover which is tough for the field employees due to the time you invest in training new hires. Advisories or recalls of medical devices. Every year it seems that Medtronic realigns divisions and management and more recently wants to get reps to cross cover areas outside of their respective expertise. Definitely >40 hr work week.
