Good company to get your career rolling, but you're just a number.

Pros

Good pay and benefits (even though they seem to be decreasing). The working environment decently laid back - some are overloaded and working at a frantic pace, while others are the polar opposite.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. Very heavy on management. Receiving credit for rectifying major problems or being an integral part of a "fire fighting" team more often than not leads nowhere. The company seems to be more interested in hiring engineers to do technician work than having a defined role.
