Cons

Schedule are iffy. Once you have one your going to be sticking with that schedule for a while. Moving up in career is questionable, and job can get repetitive

Cons

Many reorganizations. Can be very competitive environment with people focused on 'impressing' boss versus working as an overall team to meet goals and objectives.
