The people make the business. Most are hard-working, goal-oriented individuals who are also very well educated. The pay is competitive and the business continues to grow and reinvent itself.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many objectives to focus effectively on getting things done and they change frequently so you may invest time in certain objectives only to find the work product disregarded due to changing priorities.
