Cons

Weak management. Poor leadership (hypocritical about core values. They are NEVER held accountable). Promotion not based on qualifications but rather on inflating edos. Unhealthy work-life balance. Lack of understanding and respect of DCM role by management. Management can be threatening when quota is not met.
