The best thing about working at Medtronic is that they have great benefits and compensation for its employees. I like that its a global company as well which provides opportunities in many different areas of therapy and in many different locations.

Cons

I think there is sometimes a challenge in making the right connections and getting mentorship to help shape your career goals.
