The company mission is something which everyone would feel comfortable adhering to. The quality standards are really high and there is continuous training available.

Cons

Colossal size of the company makes it easier for individual employees to be overlooked. The structure is not dynamic enough and there is not full oversight of all departments.

very conservative. opportunity for career development is limited. There are many people around you who have been with MDT for over 20 years.
