People do not enjoy sharing the knowledge. The get all the knowledge they can, Then they sit on the can and watch you try to figure it out.

You're working for a Highly Regarded Company. Medtronic has Good Benefits. Some jobs like mine afford you a Flexible work schedule. The company pays you according to fair market value which results in a Competitive salary

Cons

The corporate atmosphere is negative due to recent layoffs. Other companies are coming out with similar competitive products. Too many old reps left over from the old days that don't know how to sell.
