Medtronic is career oriented and if you work hard, you have an excellent opportunity to move up in the organization. There are a lot of opportunities here.

Cons

Because it is a large corporation, the approval process and routing procedures for spine products slow to a stop and can be very tedious if you are used to working in smaller organizations.
