Inspiring Mission that is really embraced by leaders and employees. Really feel like your work is making a difference in peoples lives. Excellent benefits. Pay is good. Outstanding colleagues. I work with great people.

Cons

The company needs clear leadership. Lots of issues in the past few years: quality problems, reorganizations, multiple layoffs and a stock price that has been flat. The energy and excitement is low (at least where I work) and people are feeling burned out and exhausted.
