Job security, flexible schedules, benefits are great, some rewards, frequent contests, relaxed work enviroment, casual dress occasionally, and easy job

Cons

If you are a good looking person you will be hired regardless of qualifications, the supervisors turn their head so people get away with whatever they want, the inside feels like it is high school all over again, trying to get promotions only depends on if you were lucky enough to get a good territory
