      Got to see some great life-saving surgeries, interact with patients all day and a very motivated team

      Cons

      Way over worked, you will be a minion for the sales guy and theres nothing you can do about it. No limit on work hours they called me at 10pm my first day and wanted me at surgery at 7am in the morning. You will not have a life outside work

      A job until something better can be found. Steady paycheck

      Cons

      Incompetent management at business levels. HR runs the show here and will demote or 'rif' (layoff) employees at will. They have an extreme dislike of engineers. Slow moving, little opportunity for advancement. They would rather hire less qualified people off the street than promote within the company. Salaries are marginal, bonuses are less than marginal.
