      Management and leadership are deeply toxic, particularly within the GIH (Gastroenterology & Hepatology) division. There is essentially no work–life balance, with constant pressure to do more and be available at all times. Each year, additional products and responsibilities are added without any corresponding increase in pay, support, or staffing. Expectations continue to grow while compensation and recognition remain stagnant, leading to burnout and low morale.

      The R&D management and structure keeps changing. The projects are actually led by the SW devs and not by PMOs or others.
