At first it was management and it is a beautiful building

the management in the beginning used to b eso nice until merging. you feel like you're in high school againbecause if you don't belong to the click, everyone will ignore you and not make you feel part of the team. they tell you thatthey want you to speak upso they can help but when you speak upand they hear you speaking up they do nothing about itand it is just an unhealthy Department.

Extreme pressure from a band of various levels of management, departmental, regional etc. Having to prioritise the work of all somehow. You will notice rooms where staff can go in and spend time alone.. there is a reason. Your mental health is seriously affected. This company is a great place to work if you want purely a career if that is your absolute priority, great. If you want a job that you can sign off at the end of the day this is not the place for you
