Great work-life balance, you could get away doing very little work if that's your thing.

Cons

Compensation is not at the level it needs to be for a high-cost area like Boston. It's a very badly managed and chaotic company, the epitome of inefficient and overly bureaucratic global conglomerate. Nobody really knows who's in charge. The people making important decisions are too high up to know and see what's going on. Lots of short-term thinking. Overall very underwhelming and mediocre place to work.
